Description
Anima siderum star beading tutorial.
I designed this pendant for a young girl I like very much. She is a very talented girl, she plays the piano so beautifully that it penetrates to the depths of my soul. Her life is playing the piano. But sometimes she comes into contact with people who want to break her faith in herself.
When I looked at this crystal, I thought of her. I wanted to give her this tiny crystal, but I had to make a pendant from it, so she wouldn’t lose it. I made a star, but the star enclosed the crystal and hid its true beauty. I like it very much that way, it is exactly like my young friend: She is the star, she becomes on her journey – unique and unrepeatable among billions. Her talent is the crystal that always shines within her, no matter how hard someone tries to put barriers in front of her – whether in words or in deeds – to isolate her and dim her light. She has to know that the crystal always shines behind the star’s barriers. But she should also know that these barriers exist only because the crystal itself would be lost in this giant world.
“The true power of the star resides in the crystal. If you feel this power you will understand that the barriers are actually for you, so use them. Use them as a support and you will see them disappear so that your true talent and power can shine.”
After I gave her the star, I had to make one for myself too. The world is getting too confusing around us. I feel like the crystal. I need to figure out how to use the barriers as handrails…
