If you are an absolute beginner in beading, these lessons are for you. I also recommend it to those who are already more experienced and want to get a glimpse of a new technique. And I especially recommend it to those who have already tried the triangle weave but were not successful, or find it too complicated and therefore don’t like it, or haven’t tried it at all. I hope that after these introductory lessons you will be able to become familiar with the technique.
I created the first version of this teaching material, because I wanted those who find this technique so terrifying to understand and love it. That was ten years ago in 2014. This year, I prepared a newer, improved and more extensive version of my first two lessons, which is this workbook.
This teaching material lead you through the beading process of the Triangle Weave with different beads, thread leadings, and shapes. You will see how different can be the triangles, if they are made with different types (shapes) and sizes of beads, and how we can join the triangles into a chain or a bigger flat shape. During this time you will make many sample pieces, because the best way to learn is to try – what we learn in theory – in practice.
In order to ensure the practice pieces do not get lost, the workbook contains empty spaces where you can tape them, so you’ll have a whole collection of samples at the end.
The workbook package contains a printed, spiral bound workbook, the beads for creating the sample pieces and the materials and tutorial of the Rainbow triangle weave bracelet as well.
